MIA Dynamics raised $11.4 million in convertible bonds at TASE right after establishing a new service and distribution center in Los Angeles County, in addition to its presence in China and the UK.

MIA Dynamics has established a service and distribution center in Los Angeles County, as part of its strategic agreement with Quadsolo LLC to penetrate the US and Canadian markets. The company also operates in the UK and Ireland with Mega Group Global, under the brand Doctor Scooter; and in ShenZhen Country, China with Chinese manufacturer HL CORP.
In a recent public offering, MIA Dynamics raised $11.4 million (NIS 38.4 million) in convertible bonds, valuing the company at $49 million (NIS 166 million). The deal, a second public offering, took place on July 1, 2025 on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
