Human Capital Report 2025: Resilient developers

Resilience is limited, not robust: New report shows gender imbalance, vulnerable roles, and fragility in tech sectors.

After a decade of rapid growth, and although employment rates decreased since the end of 2022, tech roles remained resilient, and employees with a bachelor’s degree increased by 0.9%. This continuous increase contrasts with the overall slowdown in other roles, as also appears to happen in the US and UK. However, new startups in Israel lack women in key positions.

A new report is published today by IVC Research and Data and RISE on Human Capital in the tech sectors.
