Sentra Raises $50 m in Second Round

The Israeli startup Sentra, established in 2021, raised $50 million. The second round was led by Key1 Capital LP.
With investment exceeding $103 million to date by 19 investors, Sentra focuses on improving data security practices within the cloud, mitigating the risks of damaging data leaks by providing comprehensive visibility into critical data assets, enabling cloud-based businesses to create a real-time and comprehensive picture of their sensitive data being held in public cloud environments in order to accelerate the organization's performance.
Sentra's founders Yoav Regev and Ron Reiter develop the platform to enable cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure their data. The company’s DSPM solution enables organizations to gain full visibility and control of data, while protecting against sensitive data breaches across the entire public cloud stack. The company provides automatic data discovery, classification, monitoring and protection for cloud-first organizations - Sentra finds all the sensitive data and understands who has access to it, how it is being used and what is the data security posture.
